Citrus Infused Water

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 orange, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the water, lemon juice, and lime juice to a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
  2. Dice the orange and cucumber into small pieces, about 1/4 inch each. Add to the pitcher.
  3. Give the drink a stir to mix the ingredients together.
  4. Add several ice cubes to the pitcher.
  5. Stir again before serving in tall glasses filled with ice.

Notes

Use fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice for maximum flavor and nutrient content.

Play around with the citrus proportions to your taste preferences. Add more orange for sweetness or more lemon/lime for tanginess.

You can add a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale to make the drink fizzy.

Garnish glasses with orange slices or cucumber rounds.
