  • 1/4 cup whole milk or cream
  • 2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Notes

  1. Prep Time: 5 minutes
    • Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl.
    • Add the milk or cream and whisk until well combined.
    • Chop the fresh herbs and crumble the goat cheese.
  2. Cook Time: 10 minutes
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
    • Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, pour in the egg mixture.
    • Let the eggs sit undisturbed for about 30 seconds, then gently stir with a spatula.
    • Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are almost set.
    • Add the crumbled goat cheese and fresh herbs, stirring gently to combine.
    • Cook for another minute or until the eggs are fully set but still soft.
