1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
