Non-Alcoholic Sangria

A delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic sangria recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of grape juice (preferably red grape juice)
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice or cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (for a sweeter touch)
  • Ice (for serving)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or a punch bowl, combine the orange, lemon, lime, apple, and peach slices.
  2. Add the fresh berries to the mixture.
  3. Pour the grape juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and apple juice over the fruit. Stir the mixture gently to combine all the juices.
  4. Drop the cinnamon stick into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  6. Just before serving, add the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice, ensuring each glass gets a good mix of fruit. If desired, garnish with additional fruit slices or a sprig of mint for a refreshing touch.

Notes

Customize your Sangria: Feel free to experiment with different fruits like pineapple, mango, or pomegranate seeds.

For a Different Flavor Profile: Substitute the grape juice with a blend of apple and white grape juice for a lighter, more citrusy version.
