Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning some of the glaze over the top. Continue to cook until the pork chops are cooked through and the glaze has thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
