Stay Hydrated This Summer with Citrus Infused Water

Citrus Zinger Electrolyte Drink

As temperatures rise, proper hydration becomes essential. Plain water doesn’t cut it when you’re sweating and need electrolyte replacement. Skip the artificially flavored sports drinks and make your own tasty electrolyte booster instead!

Citrus Infused Water

This refreshing Citrus Infused Water recipe is cool, delicious, and helps replenish electrolytes lost through perspiration. Electrolytes like potassium, calcium and magnesium are key minerals that support muscle function, nerve signaling, fluid balance and more. When levels run low, you may experience fatigue, headaches or cramps.

The good news is you can add electrolytes back into your diet through real foods like fresh citrus fruits and cucumbers. That’s exactly what this recipe does – harnessing the natural electrolytes in lemons, limes, oranges and cucumbers.
