4 cups seedless watermelon cubes

1 cup almond milk

1 cup crushed ice

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Watermelon slices for garnish

Instructions

Put watermelon cubes, almond milk, crushed ice, mint leaves, honey or agave nectar, and lime juice in a blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
